Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 4, 2026 · XG Creative LLC, Columbus, Ohio

This policy covers this website (xaviergallo.com) and CardRunner, my Mac app. I’m Xavier Gallo, and XG Creative LLC is my business. If anything here is unclear, email me at [email protected].

1. This website

What I collect

Nothing directly. The site has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact forms and no advertising, and it doesn’t set cookies of its own.

What happens anyway

  • Hosting. The site and its videos and images are served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare R2). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
  • Analytics. If I turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. I don’t use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.
  • Your browser. The Videos page remembers a couple of small preferences (for example whether sound is on) in your browser’s local storage. That stays on your device and is never sent to me.
  • Email. If you email me, I get your address and whatever you write, and I use it only to reply and to do the work we discuss. I don’t add you to a mailing list or share your email.

The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Gondola, Lemon Squeezy and others. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

2. CardRunner

CardRunner is a Mac app I sell through Lemon Squeezy, which processes purchases as the merchant of record under its own privacy policy. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy’s checkout may open over the CardRunner page. How the app handles your data (in short: your media never leaves your Mac) is covered in the CardRunner Privacy Policy, and its license in the CardRunner License.

3. Children

This site is not directed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

4. Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
